Areas of Our Expertise

Estate Planning

A good estate plan not only helps you preserve your autonomy as you age, it simplifies difficult decisions, minimizes family conflict and allows others to carry out your wishes without having to go to court.

Estate planning is so much more than just a will — it involves planning for disability and incapacity, care of minor children, finances, estate tax considerations, valuables and charitable donations. Schedule a consultation and let us do the heavy lifting for you!

Asset Protection

Protecting your wealth brings financial security and peace of mind. It is best achieved by implementing strategies to legally safeguard your assets to shield them from loss or forfeiture due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. lawsuits, creditor claims or bankruptcy).

If you wait until a problem arises, it is too late to plan. We strongly encourage you to meet with us when the skies are blue to get a handle on where your planning is strong and where you may need additional support.

Deed Work

If you own real estate and do not properly plan, it can cause issues down the road, the most prevalent being subjecting your estate to probate.

Whether you own a home, rental properties (residential or commercial) or raw land, avoid unnecessary complications by ensuring that your real estate is properly titled, deeded and recorded.

Protecting your future, preserving your legacy, planning that stands the test of time
